go to every scholarship website and apply for scholarships. its worth it. i once read in a magazine that a girl got around 10 thousand dollars from doing that. she said that she didnt have a life at that time but in the end, it paid off.

Good luck ♥

My bro got a full scholarship to NYU, your best bet is just fill out as much stuff as you can, ask at your highschool counselor's office, and most importantly check out the school's website and find all the info you can on scholarships. Have you done any broadcast journalism in high school? Make sure you gets tapes/DVDs of the shows you helped make for your portfolio! Keep your grades up and don't give up ;)

It may be difficult to get a scholarship but maybe you could consider a grant. There is plenty of money out there that the government uses for education, housing, & other various types of grants & it usually does not have to be paid back. You could try a website like grant.gov or check with your local government offices to see what types of programs they offer. Getting a recording deal will probably be a lot harder.

Contact local networks about being an intern during the summer. Check with local Scholarship foundations about grants or money that is available.

jeez you kids think the real world is easy or something.. If you want something you have to work really hard for it. Nothing will be given to you unless you have HOOK UPs/ connections.

Work hard.
