Why is it that the people we love the most and care for the most- i.e. our boyfriends, husbands, parents, friends...etc..-are the ones that we use, abuse and generally take our frustrations out on? More importantly how can we stop ourselves from doing this?

Our loved ones are supposed to be the ones who understand us. We can be who we are, and they'll be there. That's the expectation. I've been used a lot by some members of my family, and they expect even more. They might not think that way, or they know what's going on and have little regard, but that's the mind frame.

But, the used individuals are the ones who have to make things change. Most of the times, relationships are shaken or shattered, because the users claim that their hosts have "changed," which is a bulls$#@ means of justifying their leeching on others, in my opinion. Having said that, change is good in some ways because the hosts get rid of "baggage." Sounds harsh, but when people treat you like $#!+, you tend to become bitter about things, until you let it go.

And when you forgive and forget, life is so much easier when you remove the drama!

Well let's see...........If you don't know someone, how would you be able to do any of those things to them? It's a personal decision and morals that will teach you not to treat people badly.
