Spermical gel, such as the one found on spermical lubed condoms.
As for the birth control not working under anti biotics, I heard that saying was true, however I have no source to prove it. Go the link I provided and search for 1) Your type of Birth Control Pill, and 2) The type of antibiotic

I have never heard that but it is possible. I know that taking echinacia (?) - the herbal supplment will greatly lower the potency of the pill and will raise your chances of pregnancy. I would say the best thing is to call your nurse or doctor.

ABSOLUTELY. And it may not work for several weeks afterward, either. Spermicide may help a little, but if you really don't want to get pregnant you may just have to abstain for a little while.
