Great seafood restaurants- Lobster shack
Great Skylines- example- Sky Way Bridge
Great Attractions-Bush Gardens-Harbor Island,Tampa
Mixture of cultures-People from over the world live or visit there
Average temperature is 90 degrees-low humidy in fall and winter-high humidy in spring and summer
Great night life- no matter where you go there is a little something for everyone- from raggae to hip-hop to blues, to island music and clubs stay open late;also some great beach bars- Skipps, Clearwater Beach or Sand Dollar in the Keys.

Hey, I live in Florida, and there are already plenty of tourists AND residents here. If you must continue to market Florida to the country, although I think most people KNOW it's here, please just remind visitors NOT to come here and drive like jerks and then shoot us the bird when they cut us off in traffic. Those of us who live here are NOT on vacation, and have schedules to keep and do not appreciate being nearly killed and then insulted by tourists while on our way to work and school.
Thanks---have you ever been to the Outer Banks of North Carolina? It's gorgeous, and not nearly as HOT and CROWDED!

I hate to say it, but "crime and hurricanes" is what I think of.
But if I were marketing, i would talk about the spicy diversity in the cuban south, the laid back island culture of the keys, the "affordable" gulf coast resorts, and the unmatched entertainment around orlando.
