What is your problem? If you have a condition/disease your treatment would be different from normal suggestions so see your MD or call her for advice. If it is diarrhea that occurs occasionally you can try the BRAT diet. B-banana, R-rice, A-apple/applesauce, T-tea and or toast. Many people do not eat right when they have diarrhea so it doesn't improve as fast as they want. Food to avoid--salads, oils( this includes dressing for salads, french fries, any fried food, gravy, fruit and veggies.
While you are actively having diarrhea you should not eat much and only foods on the BRAT diet. When diarrhea stops add a few things to your diet like yogurt, soups and keep to small meals. Gradually increase what you eat but stay away from greasy foods until you are sure your diarrhea is gone.
Good luck and remember to see your MD if it doesn't go away in a few days or if you become weak, dizzy or signs that you have an infection or dehydration.

There really isn't any way to help fix it without medication. There are some herbal remedies you could try, but I can't argue for their efficacy. Some of the herbs are rather obscure, too, so you're not likely to have them lying around the house.
Your best bet is to go to a gas station and pick up some Immodium. You want to make sure that you drink plenty of water, because diarrhea can cause dehydration.

Triscuits work better than anything. You start munchin on those and it will plug you up faster than a tampon clogs a toilet. I promise. My boss takes us to eat Chinese alot, so I make sure to eat triscuits the rest of the day. It's because of the fiber. If you want to try those discusting fiber drinks, be my guest, but they work too. Also it works great for someone like me who drinks [alcohol] alot.
To the girl who said there's no way to fix it without medication, of course medicine companies will tell you that.

My doctor always told me that if at all possible, you shouldn't take anything for it because the reason you have diahrea is your body is trying to rid itself of something harmful.

hey there.
if it has been going on for more than 2 days try speaking to a pharmacist/doctor/free clinic.
Otherwise. you have consumed something that your system is not liking. therefore, if you take vitamins they will just flush out of your system. try some pepto, or seven up. STAY hydrated. always drink WATER, you will dehydrate. stay away from soda's, and caffeine till it subsides. CAFFEINE and sodas will contribute to dehydration.
here's site that might help: webmd.com

Drink lots of water or Pediasure. It's for kids but it will keep you from dehydrating which is the biggest concern with diarrhea.

Immodium works, but when you have diarrhea your body is trying to get rid of something. Try to see the positive side of it: You get to have big relieving blow outs insted of sitting there grunting and groaning trying to go.
I think its best just to let nature take its course
