Okay sweetie, according to the Metropolitan Height and Weight Table, a 5'5" woman with a small frame weighs 117-130, a medium frame is 127-141, and large frame is beyond that. You fit nicely into the medium range, which is right where you should be.
Another way to determine healthy weights is BMI.
Your BMI is 22.63.
For the most part, a BMI range between 20 and 25 is desirable. BMI values higher than 27.8 for men and 27.3 for women are linked to additional problems with health. A BMI of over 30 signifies obesity, and a BMI of over 40 signifies morbid obesity, which requires immediate medical attention
As you can see, your weight is "desirable."
However, all these are just numbers. They don't take into account body composition and structure and how much of your weight is muscle vs. fat, along with other similar concerns.
The bottom line is, "fat" is such a subjective word. It also does not have to be a negative word. However, based on the numbers you supplied, you are not fat. Look into the mirror and learn to love the person you are, because that's the only way you'll be truly happy.

No that sounds alright. In fact it sounds very good. I bet you're really in good shape. Whatever you do don't fall for the trap of thinking thin is cool and taking drastic steps like going anorexic. Be what you bare and make the most of it. If you're really worried consult your doctor and have your body mass index calculated. Also remember diets don't work. They are artificial and try to fool your body into losing weight, which it does, Afterwards when you return to normal eating the body is confused and you eat more. Best to neat sensibly and take regular exercise. Don't go for faddy eating like Atkins or low carbohydrate. Best is to eat cereals or fruit for breakfast of two slices of toast, Pasta and salad at mid-day or potato based food with perhaps cheese or vegetables and fruit, possibly a boiled egg (but no more than three a week) and a large meal around six o'clock. That makes your body sugar end energy levels high when you need it to be with enjoyment later when you have the evening to relax.
Always ensure that you eat five portions of fruit and vegetables every day, some of it raw. Also eat meat for the protein and amino acids. If you are vegetarian (hopefully not) ensure you take Vitamin B supplements as they do not occur naturally in vegetables. Fish is good too either at lunchtime or dinner. Oily fish should be eaten three times a week.

Oh for goodness sakes hunny, you're wasting your time (and everyone elses for that matter) with inconsequential cosmetic worries. Its not what you look like, its what you do with your life. If stuffing your face with a box of twinkies everynight helps you come up with a cure for cancer, then you would only be a slightly chunky world famous nobel peace prize winning scientist! Get off the scale and go out and enjoy life, and stop worrying about what other people think of you too, if they can't accept you for who you are then they are not worth your time in the first place.

They used to say 5 foot for 100 lbs. And 5 lbs. for inch over that. So that's be 125 for you. So don't fret over that if you stay active. People in sports always weigh more because their muscle's are bigger.

You can be fat and not be overweight. Take a fat test to see what percentage of fat you are. I've seen people wiegh less then that but look fat becuase they flabby and squishy, thats fat. Overweight is a difference. I'm 130 and 5'5 and I think I"m fat becuase I'm so flabby, I have lots of fat on my body, no tone. I may not be overweight but I'm not firm so I'm fat.

As long as your weight is not concentrated in one area, like the middle. YOU wouldn't be happy with that!
If you are evenly proportioned, that's great!
