I just had a miscarriage on Tuesday. I am still having cramping pains, how long will they last? Am I supposed to still be having this pain?

i had one over memorial day weekend... it started on wednesday... was cramping and icky feeling through the weekend... was very nauseous and light headed on saturday and sunday... felt ok by tuesday... took about a month for the hormones to get back to normal.

if it stays really bad for more that a few more days... see a doc.

good luck sweetie... i know how you feel.

Sadly, yes. Take care of your body and get lots of rest. I agree wtih the above, if your not showing signs of improvement within the next couple of days --- see your doctor. Be careful with the cramping and watch for excessive bleeding and clotting.

I'm assuming you've seen a doctor. If not, you should -- your uterus may still have pregnancy tissue in it. But yes, it is normal, especially if you were more that 6 weeks pregnant.
