I saw Damageplan 1 month before he was killed at the HOB on sunset in Hollywood. I got a bunch of pictures. I was right in the front. When I found out about him being murdered I cried and cried. **** Ohio! That would of NEVER happened in California.

This man was murdered! If you have nothing to say don't reply. No need to be cruel and rude!

I got to see Pantera 2x live and Damageplan once. They were going to blow up. They also played Pantera songs (ex. Walk) and truth be told the singer of Damageplan was just as good if not better than Phil. **** Phil too!

Dime was very influential in the metal scene and was very cool to his fans, it's a shame he had to be gunned down like that.
And jessica_lanelle is a whore.

I was so depressed when he died. I had always been a huge Pantera & DamagePlan fan. It was so sad how he left this world. But he will always be remembered and will leave a metal legacy.

It's been quite a while, but his legacy still lives on - Nickelback sampled a guitar solo from him for the song Side Of A Bullet from their new album. Its a shame that rock stars have to die this way; but in the old days it was drug overdoses.

I am very glad that I got to see Pantera twice in my life.
Dimebag was a goifted guitarist and will be sadly missed by all.

Very underrated guitar player due to his genre. Sad way to go, no one should have to die like that. Pantara was important to me when I was young, I'm 32 now. It was a great way to release anger and frustration, plus a great pick me up before football games. R.I.P.

dimebag was a master of his craft and a kind hearted man in life, I met him once at a Randy Roads memorial, My first sight of him was as he was helping Dee Roads out of her chair to greet a former instructor from Musonia, I will always remember Darrell as that man.

I don't give a damn about him.
He was ugly, though. There's a thought.
