No no no... there is a procedure for a man who has been circumcised and wants to put the foreskin back! An uncircumcision! How does this actually happen?

Your question is kind of vague, but I will try to give you info that would satisfy your curiosity.
Normally men are born with skin covering the head of the penis. This is a retractable piece of skin (foreskin) and if left intact is considered part of an uncircumcised penis. Some men choose to have this skin removed. This is done as a matter of course to infant males who practice the Jewish faith, but is elective to others who wish to be circumcised for medical or cleanliness reasons.

Men are born with a uncircumcised penis. Some then get it circumcised when they are babies. Circumcision is when they pull back the foreskin.

That means nothing is done, when he is circumcised they clip the foreskin from the head of the penis to change the shape. 'UN' means that this procedure was not done. I have never heard of a reversal surgery...but it would be called something else.
