I need some ideas for promotion. Good ideas that will bring bikers and other people to my business.Any good ideas??

Poker runs, HOG fund raisers, toys for tots and/or coats for kids drives, Tattoo contests, tee shirt (dry of course for family fun) contests, bike cruise ins, bike washes, motorcycle rodeos, liars contests, live music nights, peoples choice contests for best paint, orphan, basket case, chrome, or stretch are all popular and easy to set up, a quarter to a dollar a vote, winner takes all, all these have worked for us.
I have to say that for the most part, you can't ask for a more diverse and fun loving crowd.
Have a good time, if you do that one simple thing- they will come- believe it.

check out the local motorcyle shops and repair stations. Talk to them and put up flyers advertising a biker night. Make an offer of something for free or do it in name of a charity - bikers like that.

Flyers at local bike shops and at your place of business. Maybe get some of your motorcycle friends to start showing up on this night and hang out to attract other riders.
My boyfriend is a rider (he has a Yamaha R6) and we love to go to local businesess here in town (Houston, TX) that have motorcycle night.

I would suggest holding a "custom bike show" or some other event for bikers. Unless you have some type of venue, nobody will be attracted to your place. Good luck.

Go to local motorcycle shops and talk to a few of the owners to get their input. Also look into different motorcycle clubs in your area. Do a motorcycle show and shine with prizes for different bikes. Advertise in these shops and in local papers.
We have lots of them where I live and they always draw a huge crowd.

The first thing I would do is to advertise in your local newspaper. You can also have your distributers print up a large banner to place outside that states when it is and that also gives the distributer a chance to advertise. Also print up a bunch of fliers and have people hand them out at stores or even put them on windshields of cars, also include one in everyones order. Best of luck to you.

advertise in the paper and in your windows that on a certain night anyone with a motorcycle license driving a motorcycle gets a discount or something free

Go to bike shops and ask if you can post flyers in their window or print out & ask if they'll hand out at check out.
Coffee shops, diners, laundrymats that have bulletin.
