Dry skin is often a result from "Hard Water". You can go to the Home Depot and buy a water purifier for the shower for around $40.00 ... and this makes the shower water nice and soft.
Soap - Try "Neolia, "Olive Oil Soap" ... OK, it's Italian, and I'm an Italian junkie, but oh the stuff makes my skin feel so soft and then I think I'm Sophia Loren ... I'm a dreamer.
