it was not his job to decide what lived and what didn't.
i understand the question. i wish he had stepped on

If there were only two mosquitoes, then the creatures that eat mosquitoes would have starved to death, ie dragon flies and the like.

if you had two of EVERY animal would you limit yourself to sucking the blood from a normal human or something exotic? He didn't get bit thus he didn't swat. Good question though
