Yes. Call in to work and tell them you have personal problems and can't come in today. Then, wait by your computer until your 24 hours are up and START ANSWERING!

Yea, you do have to wait, sorry. Just keep working your way up through the levels. If you can get to levels 5, 6 and 7, you can answer unlimited questions. Levels 3 and 4 also let you answer a lot, I haven't reached my limit since I got to level 3.
Go to "My Q&A" on your page, then click "Tell Me More" on the right hand side to see what the limits are for each level.
Don't forget that you can rate best answers and give thumbs ups in order to gain points. And sign in every day for a "welcome point". That will help you reach higher levels faster.

No, you just have to wait until midnight. Then you can start all over again. In the meantime, rate resolved questions and vote on undecided ones. Answer as many as you are allowed, then. This will bring your points up in a hurry, you get to the next level faster and you will be able to do more of all those things.

That happened to me last week!!! It sucks. I had to wait till the next day. I'm pretty sure you can start again after midnight or 12:01 am. I believe there shouldn't be a limit!

yes just wait like a day it happens all the time it will be fine in the moring then you will get your 5 questions back then you can use them up all over agin
