How far do you want to extend it? Bluetooth is intended for very local operation, it's not meant or designed to be extended or repeated. The best you might be able to do is place your devices closer togehter.

try changing the switches or w/e
otherwise buy a new and improved one

you would have to transmit a signal with more power and have a better receiver otherwise you can't
