Your post is confusing -- I can only guess that what you're saying is you're pregnant & your doctor says you're gaining too fast?

It's not safe to diet when you're pregnant, but you should be careful to avoid a lot of fast food and junk food like chips and candy. Try to eat a balanced diet of fresh vegetables & fruits, lean meats (such as skinless chicken), dairy (lowfat milk, cheese, yogurt, etc.), and lots of whole grains from wheat bread, whole grain crackers & cereals. Snack on high protein foods like a handful of peanuts or a slice of lowfat cheese. All these foods give you the necessary vitamins for a healthy pregnancy without giving you so much to lose after baby comes. Avoid high-sugar sodas and juices -- they give you calories but not much nutrition. Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water, which also keeps your skin, hair, and digestive system healthy during pregnancy.

Also, consider going to www.google.com and typing in "healthy eating during pregnancy" or "healthy diet for pregnant moms". Good luck, and take care of yourself -- everything you put in your mouth goes to your baby, too, so if it's making you overweight and not providing much nutrition, it's doing the same thing to your baby before he/she even has a chance to choose for him/herself.

Follow whatever diet he tells you to do and if that dosn't work then he will need to figure out what is wrong. You don't need to eat for 2 though.

It doesn't matter how many times you eat per day, what matters is what food you are eating. Don't eat fatty foods, eat healthy foods.
