You know... when you step out of the shower and grab a towel, there is usually a great big mirror in the bathroom. I reach across to grab a towel... glance at my body, and say "Holy crap... that spare tire is starting to come back... I'd better change my exercise program. But then again, based upon the number of really fat guys I see at the beach, I'd have to guess that a lot of guys either don't have a mirror in the bathroom, or they fog it up taking a shower and never see what absolute pigs they've become.

Nothing wrong with looking in the mirror... it's a reality check... you use it to comb your hair... you use it to see if your tie is straight... you should use it to see if you're in danger of becoming a lard azz too.
