Yes Pantelic for Yugoslavia in the 70s. I know there are a few other examples. I believe right before the world cup in friendlies a similar incident happened.
And also Chilavert is known for his PKs and freekicks.
And finally the Brazilian substitute goalie in the world cup is credit with over 70 goals to his name from PKs and free kicks.
Pat Jennings and Paul Robinson from the British league are also examples but they never did it in an international match,

Yes, there have been several times. Sometimes, right at the end of a match, a team in real desperation will take their goalie out of goal when they have a corner kick to increase their chance of scoring. However, former Paraguay Goalkeeper Jose Luis Chilavert is very famous for taking his team's free kicks and penalties (the guy is a legend). He has scored 62 goals in his career (8 in internation matches). Also, current Brazil goalkeeper Rogerio Ceni has scored 68 goals for his current team, Sao Paulo FC. Hope this helps!

It happens. In fact it happened just before WC2006 in a friendly match between Poland and Colombia. Colombian keeper Luis Enrique Martinez scored a goal from his own kick. He lobbed the Polish keeper.

I don't know, Fallen Angel! And, after my Brazil lost the game and was out of this World Cup, I was very sad...:(

But there's something I'm very happy about: All these misunderstandings are over and we can have peace here and can all be friends, now! What say you?
