Condisering Plymouth and Dodge were both owned by Chrysler, the question is kinda void. Because what was available to plymouth was available to Dodge, just under a different badge. Also like someone said about. Plymouth line was ended about 3-5 years ago.

Sorry have to add this...John...if your gonna make a valid argument you have to have a real comparison. You cannot compare plymouths of the 70's to Dodge's of the 80's. Or a plymouth of the 90's to a Dodge of 2006. There were different standards for what people wanted in a car. Take a class called critical thinking. It will teach you how to make a valid argument.

scooby3d, I love a debate. What do Aston Martin, Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo, Mazda all have in common? Ford !!!! So according to your logic, just because all these car companies are owned by Ford, that what is available in one model it is automatically available on them all? Really? So on my Mazda I can get the same engine set up as in an Aston Martin? SAAB, Saturn, Hummer, lets see, they belong to GM. I Guess my Pontiac GTO could, by your argument get all the options that could be got in the Hummer??? As far as you 'critical thinking class' goes, try this on for size. The product is the sum of all its parts. Meaning something like this. Lets say in general, one of these two companies in question had 20 out of 50 years that were outstanding in sales, and performance, etc. Now lets say that the other company has barely been holding its own over the same 50 year period. Due to poor workmanship, outdated tooling, what have you. Are you saying that because both are owned by Chrysler, that they are to be thought of as the same???? I hear what you are saying, I just disagree with you. Sorry to say this scooby, but your arguement makes no sense. The question is of the companies, Dodge and Plymouth, not about certain models. Actually, it is a vague question, is it about buying and selling stock? Is it who was first? scooby, you assumed and jumped to a conclusion. We really can't tell what the asker wants to know, all we can do is assume. Hows that for critical thinking?
