If you're using IE, go to File->Import and Export and choose export favorites. It will save them to an HTML file, move that to the new machine, and use the same feature to import. If your using another browser, they probably have a similar feature or store favorites in a folder that can be moved or e-mailed

Go to the directory where your favorites folder is kept. Usually it's on your C drive under the windows directory. Back the folder up on cd and transfer it to the other computer.

In Internet Explorer click on "File", then "Import And Export", then "Next", then "Export". Highlight "Favorites" and click "Next". Click "Browse" and chose a location you will remember, I recommend the desktop. Then email this file to yourself, burn it to disc, or transfer with a thumb/flash drive and save it on the desktop of the new machine you want your bookmarks on. Next open Internet Explorer on the new machine you want your bookmarks on and click "File" then "Import And Export". Chose "Import Favorites" this time. Click "Browse" and chose the file that you saved to the desktop of the new machine.
In Firefox click on "Bookmarks" then "Manage bookmarks", then click on "Export". Save the file to your desktop, transfer to the file to your new computer and then open Firefox, click "Bookmarks" then "Manage Bookmarks" and chose "Import", then chose "From File". Locate the file you saved and, viola!
