Tampons and sex are different things. When it comes to sex provided you are emotionally and physically prepared for sex there are very few reasons why sex should be painful – a lot of girls believe sex the first time should be painful, a lot of girls also believe that if it hurts they should just grin and bare it; neither of these things are true. Your vagina naturally stretches to accommodate the penis; it is fact expands a considerable amount when aroused where as if you are nervous or not fully aroused prior to penetration it can remain small and tensed up that could cause pain, you are also lubricated during sex and the penis itself is smooth where as tampons are dry wads of material that can cause friction when inserting.

If you feel sexy and turned on your vagina becomes stretchy and slippery allowing the penis to enter. You are having problems with tampons because they are not sexy and you are also probably tense and worried which makes everything down there tighten up and this is why the tampon is uncomfortable.
Try playing with your vagina for a bit while you think of sexy things like Johnny Depp or whoever and after a good ten minutes of playing with it you should be suprised as to what you can fit inside there!

You dont say how old you are. Many young girls cant use tampons to start with but most grown women can have sex and it is not painful. The vagina gets bigger over time. Eventually you will be able to squeeze a baby out of it....................but that probably will be painful!

Vagina is adjustable. It adjusts according to the size of penis.Initial tightness will go and it will be come of after a few intercourses. You can use jelly or oil inside initially for smooth insertion.Tampons will not affect comfort ,if it is of good quality.

No. When it comes down to it, you will relax and stretch and become lubricated. No problem. Remember you will be able to fit a baby down that thing one day. You may find you can use tampons after you have started having sex as you learn how to relax the area.

it's going to be painful the first time you have sex, but you should change the size of your tampons, this shouldn't be dificult to master. Get the smallest ones you can, plastic slide in easier. Good Luck

Sex may be painful, but using this clever little device, you'll soon be able to ram American Footballs up there, maybe two! http://urlsnip.com/051216 It's a vaginal speculum! Use it a couple of times a day and you'll be echoing like the wookie hole before you can say "Pancake Day".

You may want to try Playtex Slimfits as they are housed in a very small (thin) applicator. Also, when you get nervous (a normal involuntary bodily response) you tighten up which makes insertion much more difficult.
