is there any foods or anything that will make breasts grow bigger. i'm 14 and an A34.

sorry to tell you that there is absolutely nothing...only nature will take it's course. please don't try any products that you hear about, because you will be wasting your money.
there is also a great deal of problems that go with having large breasts. i know how you feel and how other kids can be cruel when it comes to that. i know that boys always talk about that kind of thing and how they think it is so important right now...but start looking around at couples that are older (20-25). see how many men you see with really large breasted women. you might be surprised at what you observe. just always remember..that boys do grow up....well, some of them do?
mostly, just be comfortable with yourself. good luck.

Hormones make you grow and develop. You still have a ways to go before you are fully grown. Be patient, your cup size is predetermined by your genetics.
Don't worry about it so much. Focus on being fit and healthy looking. If you take care of yourself and be a good person, guys will notice you more for who you are. You don't want those superficial guys around you anyway.

Well I used to drink a lot of milk and within a year or so, I saw an improvement...then again it could have been just my time to develop and my genes from my mom finally kicked in. Try drinking milk and taking vitamins and see what happens.

I heard that eating seeds eg: sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds is a good way.

just wait your only fourteen. they'll get bigger with time
