Well not everyone speaks English in the states!
So England as the language says English not American not Australian English.

The UK - the united kingdom of great britain and northern ireland, that encompasses a lot of variation of the english dialect, maybe more than the states, not sure only been to florida

Tanzania. People are so friendly and social. You get spoiled there by getting too many friends in a short time as in many other african countries. In US, UK you can walk for months on the streets and nobody will notice you. There it can't happen

Scotland. Other countries accents can be so strong that you can't understand them. Really Scotland is the only place English is spoken and easily understood, ya bassa. Thank you.

Israel..........I went there and everybody speaks English......... plus it wasn't at all like you see in the news. I went to Oz which was great and the US where the taxi driver didn't speak very good English so it's Israel.
