i DISLIKE it because #1 it is not HOME!
We are currently stationed in the Tacoma Area and I'll be damned if it doesnt rain all the time. The winter was the worse, it felt as though it rained for 3 months at a time. It is not as hot as my hometown of Houston, TX but thats okay. I hate it that you have to travel 20 minutes to find something decent to eat. It is not ethnically diverse as in places to eat. The cost of living is high and the people cant drive for shite her. I hate outdoors stuff so this was the worse place for me to be. Hopefully the next two years will go by quickly and we will be back where everything is "bigger and better!!!"

No, how can you hate Washington? First off, acdc, pearl jam, sir mix-a-lot, and jimi hendrix have all been from or lived in Washington. I adore this place especially since right after I lived here, I had moved to Las Vegas. It might rain all the time, but 120 degree weather is worse. I actually miss the west coast because it is so much fun. Washington rocks, and it is safe from harm so that's a big plus.

Sorry, but I love it in Washington. Best weather on the planet as its mild all year long. People think it rains all the time, and it does, but it's not the kind of rain they think. Gorgeous.
What don't I like about it? Our drivers are idiots. I can admit that. Damn rubber-neckers lol. Also, I wish it was more of a sports town. It's full of bandwagoners who don't know much about any sports....football included I'm sad to say.
Despite that, I don't ever want to leave. I love it.

are you kidding me? I moved from the east coast, sold my home I just bought and fixed up, took a pay cut, and moved to Washington! I love it here, where I feel like I should have always lived.
