In other countries there are no restrictions on selling alchool and people don't make a big deal about it and there are less Alchoolics than in the US. Do you think revoving the ristrictions will help solving the problem or it will make it worse?

Yes, I think there should be a law against selling alcohol to minors, but hear me out on this. Other European countries don't have such strict laws against minors having alcohol because their parents know that a half a cup of wine or champagne won't permanently damage their child. In America however, there are some really REALLY stupid parents out there who might let their 3-year-old drink an entire bottle of beer or rum, or any other type of alcohol. Yes, alcohol can permanently damage a young brain, but if there is a kid who is older than 10 and is responsible enough, a small amount of wine will actually do that kid some good. Remember: very small amount.

That sounds like a question an English teacher would ask you to write a journal or essay about so in answering this I feel like I'm helping someone cheat with their homework or something, lol! But anyways, I feel that parents/guardians should teach their children better in the first place so there doesn't have to be any restrictions but until parents/guardians begin to do their job right, the law is about all that's left for structure for kids to refrain from being immature and getting drunk. So no, alcohol should not be sold to minors.
Now I have a question for you: Besides 24 hours, what is the difference between selling alcohol to a 21 year old on their birthday and a 20 year and 364 days old person?

What it boils down to is human ignorance. The majority ruling goes on the basis that most minors will do this or that. While selected minors can be more mature than an adults pinky. It depends on the individual(s). My personal belief is that alcohol should not be distributed to minors until they have reached physical maturity. And for some mental maturity, but again you have to look at all minors are not immature, just the majority ruling by some standards. What I would like to know is why it's okay in some places to wedd as a minor but nothing else. This is the world we live in though....

Unfortunatly the minors are going to get it if its legal or not. In other countries they have practiced this for many years now, and the discipline is tremendous. Here if we decided to lower the drinking age, our teens would take advantage, and probably kill themselves or someone else. True it already happens, but I think it would only get worse if kids were able to drink at an earlier age. May be its the parents fault, alot of the parents in this country are more concerned with work and making higher incomes than they are in there own kids life.

I think that would be a problem. Although some citizens would profit from the change. Corporate employees could exploit minors herendously, parents/guardians with peculiar interests could more easily exploit those interests, and street thugs would continue to mug. Perhaps "in the longterm", societal attitudes would change and be more accepting, but the first year would be vicious. We can first assume that childrens' minds will be pickled and in need of development by mid-life. Some role models won't be able to cut the butter.

I see your point, but just because other countries don't have restrictions and they don't have as many alcholics it doesn't mean America will follow the same path. The only way to tell is to try it, but I don't think it would be safe to remove the restrictions either. I feel in a lot of ways America is going down on its standards more and more. Getting rid of the restrictions wouldn't be that noticeable anyways and right now I feel neutral about it.

No, I don't think alchool should be sold to anyone, but if it's sold to others, like firer fighter and ect., then minors should have the right to drink too.

No I don't. However the age should be reduced to 18. If a person is old enough to die for their country they are old enough to buy booze.
Also, if a child is old enough to consent to sex (which in some states they can at 16) they should be able to drink in there own home, as long as they stay home after they have had a drink.
