Fabric. While I would love to have leather around me all the time and love the feel of the leather seats, they are just too prone to scratches, cuts, animal claws, water/snow, and the list goes on.
Fabric isn't the sophisticated material, but it will also last longer with any regular use and abuse. Additionally, leather has a wonderful way of conducting heat and making the seats painful on those hot summer days.
