Y do guys catcall women on the street and stare at women like they've never seen a female before?

Question

I could be wearing no make up and a potato sack, walking down the street and sure enough some guy will whistle or try to make a move on me. Don't you guys know it's disrespectful and invasive and MOST ladies hate it??

P.S. I'm from New York City.

Well, you must be pretty hot to be getting cat calls, but I have to agree there is no excuse for that.

As for the looking, it's just the way men are. Most women do not understand the enormous self discipline required to NOT look at women. Men are stimulated/aroused primarily by what they see, women are stimulated/aroused primarily through physical contact.

I am from Georgia. & no matter where i go or what i wear (even n pj's), i get it too! I HATE IT! I think guys do it to make themselves look good... U know the whole knowing what they want, dominence, c what they want and going for it, etc etc! Personally I think they look stupid, not sexy! & I laugh at them for it frequently lol
