The best thing I found for oily skin - which causes bad skin - is the body shops range of Tea Tree products.
Nothing else that I have ever tried has worked that well. And I have tried so many different things. Good luck.

Okay, this is going to sound really weird but this is one of the BEST-KEPT BEAUTY SECRETS for those with oily skin: applying Milk of Magnesia to your skin completely sucks up oil. Odd, yes...but it's been a godsent for me!!
I totally understand your problem. I have chronically oily skin, friends have actually told me to wipe my face because it gets so oily :(. Specifically, my nose is an oil factory, and it was so embarassing when people seemed to notice.
Milk of Magnesia has helped me tremendously! My face stays matte through the entire day. You just apply a thin layer of the liquid to your face and rub it in quickly before it dries. It will soak up all the oiliness or excess sweat that may make your face a shiny mess!
You can buy some Milk of Magnesia at any drugstore. Try it out!

First, learn how to spell.
Second, try some of the products for mixed skin types by St. Ives, they are available everywhere.
Third, if Acne is also a problem, check out Proactive.
And last, if this does you no good, sek the assistance of a dermatologist.

I had a really oily face and mostly near my nose and i used a mary kay product called vlocity and it helped me alot u should get it too!!! it's a orange and white bottle. a lotion and a facial washer!

I HAVE OILY SKIN TOO. THE ONLY PRODUCT LINE THAT I WILL USE IS CETAPHIL. IT'S DERMATOLOGIST RECOMMENDED, IT'S INEXPENSIVE, AND IT WORKS WONDERS. I USE THE DAILY FACIAL WASH AND THEN I PUT ON THE DAILY FACIAL LOTION. THATS ALL THERE IS TO IT. I HAVEN'T HAD OILY SKIN OR BROKEN OUT AT ALL SINCE I STARTED USING IT.

OK... This may sound crazy but it works, take some alcohol and put it on a cotton ball a clean your face with it... it takes all that oil away, I used to have that same problem!!!! It works!

u can get oil blotting paper, it works really good and cheap. Clean and Clear make some, you can get them jus abt anywhere. Or body shop makes them as well.
