Not the exhaust system, just the tip.

Some are just there to add a bit of chrome to the back of the car. There are a few manufactured that add a small resonating chamber to deepen the sound and add a rumble to the engine sound. These don't work anywhere near as well as a full sized resonating muffler.

well depending on the size of it but is for altering the sound of your exhaust and some are just to make it looks good nothing much

exhaust tip will do nothing except make the car sound slightly different. it is not illegal to cut off your tip as long as you dont cut the muffler or cat. converter off.

If your putting it on a rice burner then waste you money on something else.
THEY ARE ECONOMY CARS, THEY WERE NEVER INTENDED TO RACE AND EVERYONE WHO DOES IT LOOKS LIKE A SANDBOX SNOT NOSE FAG. When you graduate to the big cars...........we'll be waiting!

they are made for sound muffling if you don't have one it would sound very loud and you could get a ticket.
