ok i oculd really use a power third baseman and a homerun hitter. I offer the guy Vazquez, Jason Marquis, Ryan Madson (a 8 game Winner straight outta the bullpen to the rotation) and Chris Ray (he got 20+ saves) for Troy Glaus, Sean Casey and Adam Dunn. Wut more do i need to give him?

I offered him a new trade. Vazquez, Madson and Benson for Glaus. Is it to much?

Hard to say because Glaus qualifies as a SS and a 3B. Look for what he needs and offer fair value.

That first offer isn't nearly enough. Madson just isn't very good, no matter how many game's he's won, and Vazquez's value kind of low right now. Marquis just should not be owned in fantasy. Troy Glaus and Adam Dunn are great options, but you'll have to give him alot more than this. However, Chris Ray is still closing in Baltimore, and should be a solid option for the rest of the year.

None of what you have listed would interest me. You aren't even close yet.
You can't get two stars without offering two stars or a superstar. If you want to make a deal for both Glaus, Casey and Dunn, offer the other team Chris Ray and your best player. That would probably get the deal done

you gotta realize most of the people you are offering (except vazquez and ray) are mostly unowned in most leagues! you're offering junk for some of the best power hitters in the game. you gotta give up a lot more than marquis and madson lol. who cares if they have won 8 games...if they give up 6 runs a games it means nothing. you gotta give up quality to get quality. if i saw those players (except ray) on the free agent list, i'd leave them there.

Why would you want Glaus, Casey, and Dunn? Are you aiming to have the worst AVG in the league???

You're ripping him off! You should be lucky if he accepts it. Try offering some offense instead of all pitching.
