Unfourtunatly, Americans only see Republican or Democrat/ Liberal vs. Conservative/ Redneck Christian vs. Hippy Douche.
Both parties care too much about this issue.
Dems are strongly for like if they were all homosexual.
Rebs are strongly against it like allowing same sex people to get married will make everyone gay.
If your not homosexual, you shouldn't really care. You should however care about the rights that our Constitution and Bill of Rights constitutes. Why should the government stop homosexual from marrying and why should they promote gays from marrying. It's up to the individuals.
Vote libertarian party in 2008.

A lot of people will find that libertarianism is the middle ground. People have the civil liberties that Democrats want, but they also have the "laissez-faire" economics that Republicans want.

i NEVER SAW A TAX CUT FOR BEING MARRIED, IT SURE DOES NOT EXIST IN THE USA. AS FAR AS LOVE FREELY IS CONCERNED, THE LATE 60S' AND 70S DID THAT, NOW THERE ARE MORE STD THAN EVER. WAS FUN WHILE IT LASTED.
