Personally white 'cause it goes very well with my choclate skin color and just seems to brighten everything about you. Plus, I'm naturally slim, so light colors don't bother me- on the contrary! I need the thicker effect... though black is nice and elegant in later hours of the day- it also gives a mysterious impression (to me at least). So, white is a bit higher than black for preference I'd say, but not by much.

I like to wear a black dress in the evening and bad weather and a white dress on bright sunny mornings.

well it depends on your body type and where u are going
well black is very slimming and if u are going out a night i would say black
but if u were going to the beach or on a date during the day i would say white
