They might, but they're just going to catch you when you go to renew it anyway even if you hadn't lost it. You're better off just facing your warrants, pay your fines or whatever, and come clean. You're just going to get in more trouble in the long run if you keep avoiding fines or court dates or whatever.

Depends on what the warrant is for. Where your warrant is like state or county. Depends on if it is in the D.P.S. system yet. and if there is an officer in the D.P.S. building when you go to get a new one. I there isn't an officer there then they can't "arrest you" but they will not give you another license. Unless it's just an I.D. card then they should and most likely would give you another one. You will have to pay the fee though. I hope this helps

Not taken to Jail, but DMV will not issue you an ID if you have a warrant. Careful too, they might call the PD if you try...

Maybe, but I think they'd understand if you ask for another with your own name. But if you don't, and someone else finds your id, and use it, that person will go to jail in your place, if the arrest warrants are current, and he puts his pic over yours.
