Well first you have to realize that there is a problem with your body. You have to realize a problem with your body that can only be fixed by exercising. Let's say you have realized that you are overweight and now you realized how big a problem it is because you can barely get upstairs. The thing is, people exercise because they want to stay fit and be healthy. If you think that you are already healthy than it's going to be hard to motivate yourself.

I got sick of everyone standing next to me so they could look good !! I think you just have to be in the right frame of mind to decide to loose the weight! I went to Weight Watchers and lost 50 lbs! That was 10 yrs. ago , and I have only gained back 10lbs. I am still waiting to get back in the right frame of mind to loose the 10lbs. Nobody can make you do it. You have to want it for yourself .

First learn something about the physical body and come to understand how miraculous it is. then treat it in a sacred manner - as if it was God's body. Remember sometimes when we eat we are merely pleasing our tongue. When the brain says whoa, then whoa. Lastly much overeating is emotional. Find another way to deal with your emotions such as a counseling.

First by getting up to change the channels instead of using the remote stop buying Twinkies and dingdongs and walking places in stead of driving eating much less and drinking more water.

you just have to believe in yourself that you can do it......
have a picture of someone with the size that you'd like to be and look at that picture whenever you feel the need to splurge on food to remind you your on a diet and wanna keep it that way....
do lots of walking, eat small serves when you have your meals,line out sugar,chocolates and all fatty foods ,, no deep fried meals,no takaway,no solids like too much breads and pastas,regular excercise is essential try to get a membership go three times a week and get a personal trainer,,also drinking too much water mounts kilos on too...... : )

Personally I use my family...who in this entire world want's to see you prosper, mom, dad, etc. Before you go for the Large drink, think of mom. Before you decide to cut your workout 30 min short, think of mom. It helps me maybe it will help you. :)
