I've had one for over a year and she is very clever, never giving me evidence to use in court, but calls anonymously or makes up different names to harass my family and employers

Bless your heart! I know how you feel...my stalker found me...and he let me know he found me by leaving his business card in my mailbox. It was horrific! You may have to prove what she's doing by getting a "good PI". Also, try to out smart the fox! It's not hard.....instead of running my friend........invite her in....get my drift! Play her game a little and catch her by surprise! People that are gameplayers...can't figure out why you're being so nice! Running is a thrill or rush to her. Don't waste anymore of your precious life running from this crazy person...play her game and make her crazy for a change! I know what you're going through! Good luck!

Bust a cap in her a**.
Seriously, hire someone to stalk her (private investigator) secretly. Make sure they take photos of her being suspicious.

If that doesn't yield results.
1. Put some empty bullet casings in her mailbox.
2. Tell the government that she's a terrorist.
3. Go to dinner with her (make sure your family knows) and sneak some eyedrops in her drink.
4. Get someone to slash her tires and key her car.
5. Move to another country
6. Poison her food.
7. Be creative!

Sorry for the lack of seriousness. However, hiring a private investigator worked when I was having problems with a person who was good at manipulating the law.

Change your phone number.

However I'm sure that was the first thing you have done. If the harassment is used on friends and family surely this counts as evidence.
Maybe get your company/home calls recorded?

Contact the local law enforcement or failing that stalk her.

Restraining order or you can wait till she calls again and tape her talking to you when you think it's her calling. Use what you know about her against her.

Try a .357 loaded with hollow points. Show her what it does to a watermelon and then remind her how much her head is like a watermelon.

well one try to find out what she really wants! most stalkers follow for a reason whether it be vengeance or she thinks she loves you. if the last one then maybe talk to her and convince her your not her type by finding out what that is and acting the opposite!!!

OH lord, I tell you what. I'd just go straight up to her and punch her out, then kick the **** out of her when no one was around to witness it; and say "leave me alone or next time you die"
:D
