97 honda civic, it will start a run good, but after i turn it off it will not start?

the only way it will start up is if i unplag the cables from the fuel injection. then i put them back, then it starts. can you help?

The fuel filter is the right place to start. Fuel will boil at lower temperatures if the pressure is low. If that doesn't fix it check the fuel pressure, if it's still acting up check to see if the enging is running hot. Good luck
