Don't worry about an objective on your resume, they don't mean anything to the people who read the resumes. Make sure you have a clean resume, no spelling errors or typos and a decent and brief cover letter with your resume. Be kind to those of us who have to read through the 100 or so resumes that get sent in. Don't make is long and tedious! Your resume and cover letter will give us enough information to let us know if you are a potential match. And if they ask for salary requirements or salary history, do not put "negotiable". If a company asks for it you need to tell them. We don't consider any resumes sent to us without salary requirements on them when we advertise to include salary history/requirements. Those go in the file cabinet and are not seen again.

Honestly, you don't need an objective on your resume. During your interview, they'll ask you what kind of job you want to pursue.

If you do want to have an objective, make it a simple statement like "To obtain a position as supervisor at a successful company"
