Would I rather trust a decorated war veteran over someone whose daddy pulled strings to keep junior out of harms way??

That's interesting. I just got back from Iraq. The over all feeling is that it does not matter if its a republican or democrat. We have dislike politicians all together. I think the over all opinion is that the war was worth it but we don't like it the way it is being ran by the politicians.

Of 14 Iraq war vets running for office, 11 are Democrats. Several were disabled during their service. They all think the war was run improperly and with poor strategy. That doesn't make the "anti-war". It makes them critical of an inept administration who only saw the spoils of victory wihtout considering the difficulties of securing that victory.

There have been a few, but only a couple that i know of. I wouldn't call that "all", as you did. BTW, most of our brave troops support our Commander in Chief. I support the President, but I think Congress is balless.

you watch a lot of tv dont you? i had a question about this very thing. like maybe 500 radicals are against the current administration. go meet vets. they are far from "against" republicans.
