I don't think I could pick a best...simposons has been running the longest...all of them are hilarious. Hard to compare animated/non animated shows. Anyway, I like these three out of the group for sure.

Although the Simpsons has more seasons, I think South Park is better, because it pushes the envelope more and is even more sarcastic and unbelievably intelligently witty.
