My goodness...I hope this is just a rhetoric question...and not something you, or someone you love, is facing. I work in a hospital and have met many paraplegics..and they have all handled it in different ways. This is a tough question to answer...but I would hope that I would find the courage within myself to go on with my life and live it as fully as I possibly could with the help of a network of family, friends, healthcare workers and my pastor. No one can handle something like that alone.

I would go to college, get a good education, get a good job, play wheelchair basketball, go to the grocery store and everything everyone else does. I have known paraplegics and they are pretty much normal people. They use a chair to get around but otherwise normal life.

That depends on at what age I became a parapalegic. Success in life is not dependent on physical limitations, just on how you define that success.

I would go up and down on a hill for hours for a year then i'll go arm wrestle people for money and then I would get rich and I would buy whatever I would want! YES
