yes 7th heaven is coming back for another season which i think it is great. the new network cut everwood so that it could bring 7th heaven back. it had nothing to do with the ratings of everwood. (that show didn't have low ratings) also to whoever said reba was canceled...you are wrong. reba is being put on hold and will return in mid season. it would cost too much to break the contract for the show. i am glad that 7th heaven and reba will be back but i wish everwood was coming bas as well.

Ok here is the deal. It was to be cancelled after this year due to the prodcution cost being so high. However, about 7 million or so turned in for the series finale. Because the new combined network of WB and UPN, the people involved want to make sure that it is a smooth transition. Therefore, they brought 7th Heaven back for one last season to make sure they keep some viewers.
However they did cancel Everwood, Related, Reba and the Bedford Diaries. That is nuts...there went most of the good shows they had goin on! Also that is not why they cancelled Everwood. They cancelled Everwood due to low ratings. Which actually is the WB's programming fault as they should have not moved it twice during the year and then taking it off for about 2 months to show Beauty and the Geek. Come on now!

Yes with the WB and UPN merging they are keeping the top shows from each network. They decided to air 7th heaven for one more season. Personally I think they should have just made the past season the final, the show has gotten way to boring and the story lines are ridiculous.

I taped final nighttime's episode and could do the same this nighttime. Simon and Rose did no longer get married, yet had the reception besides, whilst the prepare meant to be ended, yet grew to become into purely picked up for a million/2 a season (thirteen episodes for $thirteen million) by employing CW. i do no longer know if Barry Watson will return, when you consider that his prepare What approximately Brian? grew to become into picked up and could air next week. I doubt Jessica Biel return returned, by way of fact she's busy with movies. keep me published.

I knew about UPN and the WB coming together, but I didn't know they were coming back! I used to love that show, but I thought (personally) it went downhill, and I really thought the last eposide should've been the final one...especially after they made such a big deal about it. Oh well.

It is true. I think they cancelled Everwood to be able to afford another season of 7th Heaven.
