I can't believe some of these people! Who gives a f$#@ what someone else thinks about it? I personally have saline implants and would do it again if I had to. And hell yeah, it makes me feel a lot better about myself! Everyone does something to improve themselves if they can. I didn't do it for my husband, who told me that was my decision. He has no complaints now or then. I didn't do it for anyone but myself and I am proud of it. Find a reputable doctor and usually they offer free consultations!

If you're really thinking about it, get Saline implants. They feel and look more real and give you more of a natural sag. Silicone can stiffin up and look hard. Talk to your doctor cuz depending on the amount of breast tissue you have, saline may not work for you because it may ripple and therefore make it obvious that there's something beneath your skin. It's a personal decision and if it'll make you feel more comfortable and better about yourself then get them. don't just get them cuz everyone has them. you should be happy in your own skin without the extra 'accessories'.

Its totally up to you, but I think real are better! I have a couple friends with breast implants, and maybe guys oogle them, but they also look at them as objects and easy. They may get more men hitting on them, but the QUALITY of men they get is much less- because their fake breasts make men assume they have no brains and just want to get laid. Dumb, huh? But its true! If your case is extreme and you are VERY flat chested, then I can completely understand...but me for example, I have a 34B. That is by no means big, but I'm happy with what I've got. If your breasts look proportionate with your body, then keep them. Get a good push up bra- like very sexy from victorias secret, or the x bra from fredericks, and trust me, you will feel hot and your breasts will look great! There are so many other things you could spend that money on that will make you feel good...a spa getaway, a fancy vacation, a new wardrobe, teeth whitening, a gym membership and personal trainer, etc.!

Personally silicone looks awful.

Stick with what you got- if you really want larger breasts eat a whole lot more. Ususally the fatter you are the bigger your breasts will become. It sounds like you have low self esteem and think by having bigger breasts it will make males like you better. If a male likes you just for your breast he really isn't a good quality male.

Personally, i would go with real. I've seen too many shows on how things can go wrong and plus most guys/girls find it as a turnoff.

if you really want to go find a GOOD doctor and go for it-- that is something that is all about personal opinion!
i do think that you should stick with a size that looks natural- do get something abonoramally huge!

Why aren't you happy with the way you are? Or the way you want other people to see you? I'd say that's the bigger question.
