i was a mouth late for my period and i got it today for one day and now its gone and i have the pains and pregnacey signd still can i be pregant or not

I would keep following through with a pregnancy test or manybe a bloodtest. I didn't find out that I was pregnant until I was 12 weeks because I "still had my period" it was then I took into consideration of all the other symptoms and knew right then and there i was pregnant.

There are many instances during pregnancy when you might bleed a bit -- but it is not in fact a period. This is called "spotting", and can be confused with a period.

Thus, the key question is: was your experience today truly a period? or was it spotting?

If indeed you are still pregnant -- because it has been a month since your last known period, an over-the-counter pregnancy test ($15) will be **extremely** accurate. This is the best and easiest way to confirm.

yes you can still be pregnant, i would double check and take a pregnancy test to make sure. And even so some people will have regular periods right throught their pregnancy. If your test comes back positive go see your doctor and make sure everything is ok because bleeding in early pregnancy generally isnt normal so just incase go see the docs!

Defenetly yes, I had also all the symtoms of being on my period that's why I thought I wasn't and I was so get a pregnancy test and you'll find out, if it coems out negative wait a few more days to take another one...good luck

Yes you can still be pregnant. If you are pregnant you are having psuedo periods you are not dropping eggs anymore. I suggest going down to your local planned parenthood or buying a test at the store. Good Luck!

Yes, if your period was THAT late, and only came for ONE day, then the chances are pretty good that you could be pregnant. Please take a test, they are cheap at your local pharmacy, or better yet- go to your doctor and get checked out that way.

YES!!!!! its very common to spot around the time you would have gotten your period while pregnant. go get a test! a friend of mine actually got two light spotting periods and didnt even know she was pregnant til she was 3 mos.
