Just transfer the money to a nice 99 year old lady and take care of her until she dies.
Make sure she includes another nice 99 year old lady in her will and also take care of her until she dies.

that is basically impossible. all the banks will have several different forms of records of money transfers. everything from accounts on the computer, backups - on an off site, physical paper reports of money transfers, etc. you won't be able to have it all disappear.
