Keka, although you are eating gluten free for the first few months you may have to avoid dairy as it can bother the villi that are trying to heal in your stomach. Also avoid salty and spicy foods, try to keep it bland for a little while (it could take upwards of 6 months) have your doctor retest your gluten levels in a few months to see if maybe you are still getting cross contamination. If so then that could also be why. In the meantime see if your doctor can recommend a gluten/wheat/yeast free antacid or tums type product. Feel better. Jenn

I do stomach crunches when my stomach is bloated. Do 25 to 50 a day - drink more water too - and the problem should go in a week.

Are you eating a lot of salt? That could cause you to retain fluids. You might try a diuretic pill so that you can lose the excess fluid.

do you also have pain, like in the side etc, I have problem with that and it is IBS, only sure way to tell is go to docs and have some tess.
hope you better soon. mean time try peppermint or fennel tea to ease things a bit

see a nutritionist they can tell you what you can and can not eat! i did and now i have to cut a lot of food out, but that will only make me feel better..good luck!

try eating a regular diet... lot of fruits and veggies... lots of high fiber foods... tons of water... and try yoga... i do it when i'm bloated and it seems to help... especially twisting poses.
