This is a easy. Deffinatley google. Although I would choose yahoo for email and im, google is better for basic internet surfing b/c you can give a more direct search to what your looking for. like on yahoo you'd have to get really specific but on google just type in something really un specific and you van find what your looking for alot more easily. That's my insight on it anyway.
