For your first interview you should dress well and feel confident; just think that it's not that big of a deal, and you could get a job somewhere else. If they don't like you it's their fault, not yours.
Expect a couple questions. Sometimes they ask, "Why do you want to work at this company." A good answer is "I think it will be a really good job, and I think I can help the company overall." They might then ask, "How do you think you can help the company?" You can say, "I think I bring a lot to the table. I don't have a lot of experience, but I'm a hard worker, I always show up on time, I'm great with people, and I feel that I can work well as a team player. Overall I think I'll be great for Target and Target will be great for me." They might ask you what your best and worst quality is. Your best quality can be your ability to work with other people, or really anything good about you. Your worst quality has to be something good turned around to bad, like, "I think I'm sometimes too persistant; sometimes I'll be working so long on one thing, trying to get it perfect, that I have to stop and think about whether I need to do other things; usually, though, I'm pretty good at making sure I get everything done." This is a surefire answer. You take what is a good quality, turn it into a bad one, and then put it into very good terms.
They could have a couple other questions, but you can't always predict what they'll ask. Just be sure you're mentally ready to accept them and you'll do great. Dress in a pair of slacks and a button-up shirt with a belt. Make sure you shower, and don't wear cologne/perfume. A little body spray is okay, just don't overdo it. Comb your hair. When you walk in, tell someone you have an interview at X time and ask where to go. Show up about fifteen minutes early, and ask about the interview 5 minutes later (10 minutes before the interview time). That gives you plenty of time. Most importantly, don't worry! You'll do great.

Congratulations for entering the job force and on your first job interview.
When you go for an interview, besides being dressed up for any interview, please arrive early. It is a recommended to bring a resume with you, even though this is your first job interview.
You could make a mini-resume stating the obvious (name, address, city, state, zip, telephone number, dates available for work, part-time, full-time, etc.). You may also put down your hobbies and your interests and which department or position you would most like to work in (cashier, shoe department, etc.). Also you can put down what courses you have studied in school and what courses you hope to study when you go back to school.
This will give the interviewer an idea of which position you will be best suited for.
Please make sure to shake the interviewer's hand when you first meet him/her and again when the interview is over. Thank him/her for their taking the time to interview you and say that you look forward to working with them in the near future.
It is usually recommended to send a "thank-you" note to the interviewer a couple of days after the interview.
Good luck on your interview. Please let us all know how you made out.
Have a lovely rest of the day.

Bring a resume if you have one (sounds like you won't if this is your first job). Dress nicely and keep a positive, upbeat attitude. Answer all the questions honestly. For a part-time job, you don't need to stress the interview too much. If you're an outgoing, capable and trustworthy person, you should have no worries.

Arrive early. Bring a few copies of your resume. Dress nicely. They may dress casually at Target but you want to give off a good impression. Shake hands. Send thank yous after the interview to all of the people that interviewed you.

here's a tip...if they ask you what you would do if you saw a fellow employee stealing, even if it's a pencil or a penny, and they ask you if you would tell on them the answer is YES.
