I had a really awesome best friend. I called him and he would listen to all of my problems and anytime I said, "I guess I'll stop bothering you and get off the phone," or something like that he would say, "No, you aren't bothering me at all." Now he says that he doesn't care. I asked him if he would cry if I died and he said, "Yes, I would cry on Tara's shoulder." Also, he used to text me and e-mail me EVERY day and now he doesn't at all. I feel so abandoned...

well maybe because you've been neglecting him. reflect why this happenned. don't beat yorself too much though. stop calling him and contacting him, if he is the real deal then he'll contact you.. according to you he is acting like a Biatch right now.. let him be.

I wouldn't know for sure... but it really sounds to me like he really liked you and wanted to have a relationship with you, but you just considered him a friend and/or didn't allow things to go further.

(Did you think about the possibility of you two getting together?)

That's a LOT of attention for a guy to be spending on a girl he's not interested in... and rare. Seriously, I bet he liked you.

Now either he's washed his hands of you, because he's found someone who is interested in him, or he's sort of "pushing your buttons" because he's still hurt and thus annoyed that you never followed up on things with him.

I don't know what you should do now. It sounds like you need to give him a break, let him stabilize or get through his current relationship, and contact him later if you are still interested in patching things up.

Invite him over. Make a nice dinner, with candles and music and romantic stuff. Rent some movies. Give him a foot rub..he'd enjoy that, and probably deserves it...i think by showing respect towards him, and having him know that you'd do anything for him, you should win him back. DON'T EXCEPT HIM TO GIVE UP HIS GIRL. But he should, then,be able to find time to spend with his ONCE AGAIN BEST FRIEND!

I'm sure I'll be going through the same thing very shortly...only I'm in love with this guy....once he finds someone (because lord knows, I won't before him) it's curtains for me...I'm almost sure of it.....at least in the sense that he won't be calling me everyday and we won't be spending every waking moment together.
I feel your pain...and let me tell you....it's unbearable.

His girlfriend either doesn't want him talking to you or she told him something that either made him uncomfortable or angry at you. It's probably hurting him to. He'll come back around just try to make sure that he doesn't drift to far away.
