my dad owns a compaq presario 1272 lap top computer. all the manuels where lost in the flood. i need compaq's customer service dept to get new ones.

Go to yahoo search bar and search for compaq. You should see a couple of links with customer service numbers to call

go to compaq presario.com it then it will list the different models,
it also has a help 800 number and it gives you stores and part facilities
