It's ok to be curious and that is what this place is for. To ask questions. First off it sometimes happens during intercourse that you pull out and find a mess down below. Yeah...ewww. But ya know if you're going to do it, Sh*t Happens...lol
Enemas are very common. The can sometimes be the type bought in the stores. They do help keep one self clean. The other is a plain warm water enema in the shower. Then sit on the toilet and let it rip. I know not the nicest way of saying it, but it works.
No matter what. It's a natural occurrence and accidents happen. Be an adult about it, don't get all grossed out. Get over it, get back in there and have fun.

I personally still would not engage in anal sex but personal preference is just one of those things. Some Gays don't believe in oral sex either so go figure. In fact my only gay friend told me he thought oral sex was one of the most nasty practices he ever heard of. I laughed hysterically and told him I felt the same way about anal sex.
