One of the remarkable features of our solar system is that there are rarely any major catastrophic events going on. Systems that have major changes ongoing on a regularly or frequent basis can NOT support life. So the answer to your question is "No". There are no major changes at this time in our solar system.
PS - by major, I am assuming you're talking about changes that can alter the general behavior or makeup of the solar system, like planetary collisions, nova or supernova, etc.
